Студенты первого курса City University London могут проживать в общежитии на кампусе. Для этого надо своевременно подать заявку на размещение. В резиденции для студентов есть 1-2-местные комнаты. Удобства находятся в номерах и в общем доступе (1 ванна на 4 – 6 человек). Также в общежитии есть комнаты отдыха, самоподготовки, кухни со всей необходимой техникой, мебелью, прачечная.
Студенты старших курсов и всем желающие могут проживать в апартаментах, частных квартирах. Объекты находятся в шаговой доступности от кампуса и максимум в получасе езды от учебного корпуса.
Питание в университете не предоставляется. Студенты готовят самостоятельно и имеют возможность питаться в кафе на кампусе.
